When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me with my nose in five books at once — I’m endlessly curious about all things spiritual, quantum, and subconscious. I believe there’s always another layer to discover, and I can’t help but share book recommendations with everyone I talk with.
My husband and I split the year between vibrant Austin, TX and our family’s peaceful 75-acre sanctuary in Eden, NY, where we get plenty of outdoor adventures with our two young sons. It keeps me grounded in what matters most while I help others grow into what’s possible.
